Parent & Guardian Arrival & Venue Access Instructions
- Upon arrival at Newport World Resorts, immediately coordinate with your Assigned Coordinator.
- Your contact number will be shared with the coordinators in advance so they can easily reach you on the event day.
Directions to Theater Backstage
- At the Newport entrance, ask the security guards for directions to the Newport Performing Arts Theater Backstage.
- Once at the Backstage area, contact your Assigned Coordinator.
- For late arrivals, remain in the Backstage area and wait for the coordinator to assist you.
Backstage Access Policy
- Access to the Backstage area is strictly limited to authorized personnel only.
- Only students and assigned coordinators are allowed inside.
- Parents are not permitted to enter backstage.
- Exception: If the participant is four (4) years old, one guardian is required.
Production Timeline
- 8:00 AM: Call time, registration, blocking, and initial preparations
- 12:00 NN: Lunch break
- 1:00 PM: Rehearsal / dry run
- 2:30 PM: Preparation time for makeup and clothes
- 3:00 PM: Gates open for audience entry
- 4:00 PM: Main show proper
- 8:00 PM: End of main show

Ushers and coordinators will assist guests to their assigned seats -
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM – MAIN SHOW / GRAND RECITAL

- Please arrive on time to avoid delays in registration and blocking
- Bring complete outfit, shoes, makeup kit, and personal essentials
- Actual tickets and seat assignments will be distributed during registration/check-in
“Synergy in Motion: The JAMS Artists Grand Recital 2026” is the culminating presentation of the artistic growth, discipline, and creative refinement nurtured by the JAMS Artists Talent Center.
The Grand Recital brings together students from JAMS branches nationwide in a curated program of modeling and dance.
Theme: Filipino Pride — Contemporary Heritage
This segment highlights Filipino heritage through a refined, modern modeling presentation.
Female Participants
- Modern terno, baro’t saya, or Maria Clara-inspired silhouettes
- Lightweight Filipino fabrics
- Soft neutrals, jewel tones, or subtle Philippine flag accents
Male Participants
- Modern barong Tagalog with tailored trousers
- Optional contemporary jackets or embroidered details
- Neutral or muted heritage-inspired tones
Performance Outfit
Dancing students will wear performance outfits prepared specifically for each musical piece and presentation concept.

Entry & Security
- All guests must undergo security screening and bag checks before entry.
- Prohibited items include weapons, sharp objects, oversized bags, and unsafe items.
In-Theater Conduct
- No flash photography or personal recording.
- No outside food or drinks.
- Please respect your assigned seating.
Arrival & Call Time
All performers are expected to arrive strictly at their assigned call time.
Performance Readiness
Performers must arrive fully dressed, fully groomed, and performance-ready.
Audience & Guest Courtesy
